Pyramic Tropic is a Canadian duo that consists of Will Whitwham and Matt Fudge. The duo is creating percussive, powered by synthesizers dance-music, even if the two musicians themselves are actually not much into clubbing. Whitwham belongs to the singer/songwriter-scene of Toronto, Matt Fudge is known as a software developer whose programs have been used by the producers of Björk and Nine Inch Nails amongst others.

After Whitwham had sent new songs as demos to his manager he brought him together with Fudge. Out of it developed Pyramic Tropic. Since then the two guys have been spending whole nights together at the studio drinking lots of coffee and creating songs for their debut album.
