Hilotrons are a fun New Wave-Pop-Electro band from Canada, who's catchy tunes are absolutely infectious. Their eclectic musical tastes create a highly original sound, like a cross between The Cars, Arcade Fire, The Clash and Esquivel.

PAUL MICHAEL HOGAN
- born in Iserlohn, Germany (1970)
- moved to Ottawa (1973)
- joined cub scouts (1978)
- moved to Ghlin, Belgium (1979)
- started playing guitar (1982)
- likes Indian, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese pop music, Asian cinema and funny things
DAMIAN SAWKA
- born in Ottawa (1975)
- first language; Ukrainian
- joined Ukrainian Scouts (1981)
- sang Ukrainian songs (1982-1988)
- discovered Iron Maiden (1988)
- dismissed from Ukrainian Scouts (1989)
PHILIP SHAW BOVA
Has a fanatical devotion to using classic analog recording gear. Currently works out of Bova Sound and is part of Sage Electronics, manufacturing high quality hand made studio gear such as microphone preamps, DI's, and condenser microphones.
MICHAEL JOHN DUBUE
Aside from Hilotrons, Mike also currently plays in the bands Empiricals, Kepler, Boycrusher, Clark, Bande Senore and The Holger Schoorl Trio.
MIKE SCHULTZ
Spent formative years wearing out a Roland Jupiter 8 brochure while wearing out a Howard Jones "Dream Into Action" cassette on a fancy ghetto blaster with auto-reverse and detachable speakers.
